Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Grushko expressed the Kremlin’s strong displeasure to the French ambassador

The Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Grusko expressed to the French ambassador in Moscow the Kremlin’s strong reaction to Western military aid to Ukraine, which he called “unacceptable”.

“The unacceptable nature of her continued feeding was underlined Ukrainian with Western weapons systems, including French ones,” the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement.

He accused the Ukrainian armed forces of using Western-supplied weapons systems “to bomb civilian facilities and infrastructure, including the nuclear power plant in Zaporizhia“, of the largest nuclear power plant in Europe, which is under the control of the Russian invaders.

Grusko also insisted on “the need to lift illegal sanctions against Russian grain and fertilizer producers, as well as to remove all barriers to supplying markets in developing countries in order to avoid serious humanitarian consequences.”

The Russian Deputy Foreign Minister’s statements echo those of the Kremlin strongman Vladimir Putinwho on Wednesday accused the European Union of blocking the donation of 300,000 tons of Russian fertilizers to the countries that need them most.
