Brazil’s centre-left former president Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva has an 8-point lead over current head of state far-right Jair Bolsonaro ahead of the October 30 runoff, with 51% of the vote to his rival’s 43%. , indicated a rolling poll by the IPEC institute — formerly IBOPE — the findings of which were released on Wednesday.
