Turkey insists on challenges: It takes out the drilling rig Abdulhamit Khan in the Eastern Mediterranean

The NAVTEX issued concerns drilling in an area near the Gulf of Antalya and is valid from October 8th to November 7th

The new drill Abdulhamid Khan puts into play by Turkey which it takes out in the eastern Mediterranean, after NAVTEX issued today, Friday.

The NAVTEX issued pertains to drilling in an area near the Gulf of Antalyain the eastern Mediterranean.

The Antalya Hydrographic Station has issued NAVTEX predicting the deployment of Turkey’s floating drilling rig Abdulhamit Khan and other accompanying vessels for drilling that will begin in Saturday, October 8. The rig will remain at the site until Monday, November 7, 2022.

NAVTEX comes at a time when tensions have soured between Kyriakos Mitsotakis and Recep Tayyip Erdogan at the Summit in Prague.
