“Russia’s victory in the war in Ukraine will be a defeat for NATO, this cannot be allowed” the Secretary General of the Alliance pointed out

Anyone who attacks infrastructure of NATO will receive a “decisive response”, the Secretary General of NATO said on Tuesday Jens Stoltenberg in the shadow of sabotage on the Nord Stream pipelines, but also on the German railway network.

Any attack on infrastructure critical to the NATO military alliance would trigger a “united and decisive response,” Jens Stoltenberg said.

NATO allies are beefing up security at key energy and other facilities after the attacks on natural gas pipelines running under the Baltic Sea, he said, adding that they are “still unclear” who is behind blowing up the pipelines.

Commenting on Russian President Vladimir Putin’s threats to use nuclear weapons, Stoltenberg said NATO is closely monitoring Russia’s nuclear forces “and has not seen any change in their behavior.”

“Russia’s victory in the war in Ukraine will be a defeat for NATO, this cannot be allowed,” the Secretary General of the Alliance pointed out.

The United States profits from pipeline sabotage Nord Stream in the meantime, Sergei Lavrov argues in an interview, while characterizing any use of nuclear weapons by Moscow as “defensive in nature”. The Russian Foreign Minister states that the West is distorting the Russian reports on the use of nuclear weapons!
