“I think the president has been very clear that this is a relationship that we have to continue to re-evaluate, that we have to be willing to re-examine,” Kirby said in an interview with CNN. “And certainly in light of the OPEC decision, I think that’s where it’s at.”

Biden is willing to work with Congress on the future of relations with Saudi Arabia, Kirby added.
