Famous Rapper Says Floyd Died of Fentanyl Overdose – What Family’s Lawsuit Says Against Him

Floyd’s family took legal action against the well-known rapper, following his comments on his podcast Drunk Champs.
Roxy Washington, Gianna Floyd’s mother, claims in the lawsuit that West made “false statements” about George to “promote his brands.”
The lawsuit also alleges that he made his comments to “increase marketing value and revenue for himself, his business partners and associates.”
Lawyers say West used “malicious lies” about Floyd to profit from his death.
