Seven injured – David Williams, a maths teacher at the school, heard a man say, “you’re all going to die”.

At least three people were killed, including the alleged gunman, and seven others were wounded in a shooting Monday at a high school in St. Louis, Missouri. A woman ended up in the hospital and a teenage girl was killed inside the school, both from gunshots.

The suspect, a man who has not yet been identified but is believed to be in his 20s, was shot inside the school and pronounced dead at the hospital. According to newer information, a bloodbath was avoided as his gun jammed.

Police responded to a call about a gun incident in progress at Missouri’s Central Visual and Performing Arts High School at 9:10 a.m. (local time).

When police arrived, students were running out of the school and told officers the shooter had a “long-barreled weapon,” Mack said during a news conference after the incident.

The officers exchanged fire with the gunman and fatally wounded him, the officer added.

David Williams, a math teacher at the school, heard multiple gunshots outside his classroom and one of the windows in the classroom door where he was teaching was shattered by a bullet. He then heard a man say, “you will all die.”
