Pope Francis admits: “Priests and nuns also watch porn on the Internet”

“It’s a vice that so many people have,” Pope Francis said in a speech to theology students asking them to be careful

About the “devil”, as he called it, of digital pornography, he spoke Pope Francis warning young seminarians of the dangers involved while also admitting that watching online porn is a bad thing that even priests and nuns do.

“The Devil enters from there, and I’m not just talking about criminal pornography, like child abuse: that’s already degeneracy. I’m talking about the somewhat “normal” pornography. Dear brothers and sisters, be careful,” he stressed while speaking to theology students on Monday, adding that pornography is “something weakens the soul” and “the priestly heart”.

“I’m not going to say, ‘raise your hand if you’ve had at least one experience of this,'” the Pope said. “But if any one of you thinks that he has had the experience or the temptation… It is a vice that so many people have. Also priests and nuns. That’s where the devil comes in. And I’m not just talking about digital pornography like that of child abuse, that’s already degenerate. Dear brothers, pay attention to this,” the Pope concluded.
