Chaos continues at Twitter under Elon Musk’s new leadership.
After firing emails to 3,700 workers, which read “Dear… today is your last day at the company,” the social media platform is now reversing layoffs and sending emails titled “Sorry mistake, please go back” to dozens of former employees .

According to Bloomberg, fired Twitter employees are being asked to go back to work because they either received the layoff email “in error,” or others were fired before new management deemed their position and experience “essential to creating the new features” envisioned by Elon Musk for the company.
As part of Twitter’s financial restructuring and consolidation, Musk recently laid off 50% of employees, saying he “had no choice.”
