Podoliak: Any missile incident is Russia’s responsibility

by

I don’t see any point in escaping from this simple logic – only Russia is guilty of threats and extremes in other countries with its missile attacks” said Mykhailo Podoliak.

Russia bears responsibility for any “missile incidents” following its invasion of Ukraine, Mykhailo Podoliak, an adviser to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, said.

“In my opinion, it is necessary to follow a single logic. The war was started and is being waged by Russia. Russia is massively hitting Ukraine with cruise missiles,” answered Podoliak, in the announcement of the US president joe biden, that the missile that killed two people in Poland was probably not fired by Russia.

“Russia has turned the eastern part of the European continent into an unpredictable battlefield. Intent, means of execution, risks, escalation – all this comes only from Russia. And there can be no other explanation for any missile incidents,” he added.

“When an aggressor country launches a deliberate mass missile attack against the entire territory of a major country on the European continent with the obsolete Soviet weapons (X-class missiles), a tragedy will occur sooner or later on the territories of other countries,” he estimated.

“Furthermore, Russian missiles or their fragments have fallen more than once in border areas. I don’t see any point in escaping from this simple logic – only Russia is guilty of threats and extremes in other countries with its missile attacks” said Mykhailo Podoliak.

In a separate post on Twitter, the Ukrainian presidential adviser states that it is time for Europe to “close the sky” over Ukraine: “No need to look for excuses and postpone important decisions.”
