Russia bears responsibility for any “missile incidents” following its invasion of Ukraine, Mykhailo Podoliak, an adviser to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, said.
“In my opinion, it is necessary to follow a single logic. The war was started and is being waged by Russia. In a separate post on Twitter, the Ukrainian presidential adviser states that it is time for Europe to “close the sky” over Ukraine: “No need to look for excuses and postpone important decisions.”
