Russian attacks continue in Kherson – At least 32 civilians have been killed since Russian forces left the city on November 9
Russian forces continue to shell residential infrastructure and homes in Kherson, recently liberated from Russian troops, according to Ukraine’s military.
Russian shelling of the town of Chornobayivka in the Kherson region injured a 10-year-old boy, police said, while at least 32 civilians have been killed since Russian forces left the town on November 9.
Also in its latest update published last night, the Institute for the Study of War (ISW) said Russian troops are digging trenches and reinforcing their positions as they prepare for a possible Ukrainian counterattack in eastern Kherson.

Living conditions in Kherson are now very difficult as the city has no heating, electricity and water. Schools are not working, but neither are public services, while residents have to wait in line for food. Many residents are now fleeing their homes due to the conditions.
