Tehran intends to increase arms supplies to Russia according to Israeli intelligence.
David Barnea, head of Israel’s Mossad intelligence agency, has revealed that Tehran intends to increase supplies of “advanced weapons” to Russia.
“We warn of further intentions of Iran, which [οι ιρανικές αρχές] trying to keep secrets – deepen and increase the supply of advanced weapons to Russia, expand the uranium enrichment program and intensify attacks on friendly Muslim countries [προς το Ισραήλ] in the region,” said Barnea.

The first information about deliveries of military equipment from Iran to Russia was made public in August this year. Initially, the American press reported deliveries of drones from Iran. The US government later confirmed this information. White House press secretary Karin Jean-Pierre later said Russia had received Mohajer-6 and Shahed series drones from Iran in August.
In October, Kyiv was attacked by Iranian-made kamikaze drones. Ukraine identified the drones as Iranian Shahed-136 drones.
Tehran initially refusedn persistent evidence of deliveries of drones to Russia. In November, Iranian authorities admitted to supplying Russia with drones, but Tehran stressed that those deliveries took place before Russian troops invaded Ukraine.
A December 10 report by the American Institute for the Study of War (ISW) claimed that Moscow may have already received a new shipment of Iranian drones or will receive them in the near future.
Iran issued a warning to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky that “patience with baseless accusations is not unlimited” on Thursday.
Iran “fired back” at the president of Ukraine. Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Nasser Kanaani said Zelensky’s speech from the US Capitol repeated “accusations and dishonorable statements”.
