The deadly missile attack on a residential complex in the city of Dnipro demonstrates the need for faster and better coordinated decisions on Ukraine’s military reinforcements, President Volodymyr Zelensky said tonight.
“What happened in Dnipro, the fact that Russia is planning new efforts to take the initiative in the war, the fact that the nature of military action at the front requires new decisions on arms deliveries (…) just highlights how important it is to coordinate all efforts of the coalition defending Ukraine and freedom,” the Ukrainian president said in his standard video message, asking allies to “speed up decision-making.”
