There are casualties, said Kyiv regional governor Oleksiy Kuleba: “At the time the tragedy occurred, children and staff were inside the kindergarten. All are now removed,” he noted in a Telegram post.

Videos posted on social media show a building on fire and say a helicopter has crashed into the building, which is home to a daycare center.
“We are looking for information about victims and the circumstances” in which the incident occurred, Tymoshenko said on Telegram.
