Margaret Lake dominated the 1990s, predicting lottery winners while writing the signs for The Sun for more than two decades
The death of the country’s best-known TV astrologer is among the top topics in the news in Britain today.
Margaret Lake, known as Mystic Meg, died aged 80 in the early hours of Thursday after being admitted to hospital last month with flu.
Mystic Meg spent the 1990s predicting National Lottery winners.
He also wrote the zodiac for The Sun newspaper for more than two decades.

Lake – in addition to being an astrologer – was also a futurist and worked with runes, crystal balls, tarot and numerology.
