In the elections of May 14 in Turkey the interest is monopolized by the Erdoğan – Kilicdaroglu duel.

Turkey’s ruling Justice and Development Party (AKP) appears to be leading by a significant margin in parliamentary elections, according to a poll by the firm Metropol.which took place from April 1st to 3rd.

The AKP it receives 35% of the vote, compared to 21.7% for the Republican People’s Party (CHP), which is led by President Erdogan’s rival Kemal Kilicdaroglu.

Contrary to her recent research ORCheld between April 7-11, the following results emerged: Kemal Kilicdaroglu: 48.9% and Recep Tayyip Erdogan: 41.5%.

The Nationalist Action Party (MIR) of the Gray Wolves, which supports the Erdogan government, is limited to 4.5%. The Party of the Fatherland of Muharrem Ince, a candidate for the presidential elections, appears to receive 2.3%. All the other parties remain below 1%, with the possible exception of the left-wing Turkish Labor Party (TİP), which with 0.9% is fighting to overcome this limit.

These percentages do not include the percentage of undecideds and those who refused to answer the survey, 6.4% and 5% respectively.
