The Turkish Ministry of Defense confirmed the incident, but denied there were any injuries.
The RSF, for its part, denied shooting down the aircraft and accused the military of “spreading lies”.

The RSF and Sudan’s army agreed late Thursday to extend the ceasefire by 72 hours to allow humanitarian aid to reach the country. However, the war is escalating despite the supposed ceasefire in a conflict that has claimed lives in hundreds – if not thousands – of people.
