The coronation of King Charles III of the United Kingdom is set to be an unforgettable event if only for the line-up of guests who will appear at the concert to be held in honor of the new monarch.
Newly confirmed stars to attend the coronation concert in the grounds of Windsor Castle the day after the historic ceremony include ‘Top Gun’ actor Tom Cruise, Pussycat Dolls frontwoman Nicole Serzinger and Winnie the Pooh.
All three have attended previous royal events, according to Variety.
Cruise was a guest at Princess Diana’s funeral in 1997, Winnie was invited to a children’s garden party at Buckingham Palace for Queen Elizabeth II’s 80th birthday in 2006, and Serzinger entered a pageant in honor of the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Elizabeth last year.
The concert features DJ Pete Tong, pianist Lang Lang, singers Tom Jones, Lionel Richie, Steve Winwood, Katy Perry and Paloma Faith among many others.
