Also present is the British Prime Minister, Rishi Sunak.
The concert started at 10 local time and will last for two hours.
It is estimated that more than 20,000 people are at the music festival, while more than 100 countries are watching and celebrating the event, according to British actor Hugh Bonneville who is also the presenter of the concert.
The crowds are cheering and waving British flags in high spirits.

Alongside this, a world-class orchestra will play a range of musical favourites.
The program also includes a joint performance by the Royal Ballet, the Royal Opera House, the Royal Shakespeare Company, the Royal College of Music and the Royal College of Art.
As part of the King’s Coronation Concert, landmark monuments will be lit up in ten iconic locations including Sheffield, Cardiff, Edinburgh, Newcastle and Cornwall and Belfast.
