Preliminary research for a war crime, the anti-terrorist investigation began today prosecutionon the occasion of the death of one journalist of the French Agency in Ukraine.
This investigation, undertaken by the Central Office for Combating Crimes against Humanity and Hate Crimes (OCLCH), aims to determine the circumstances of Armand Solden’s death.
A source close to the case said the OCLCH is putting together a team to go to the scene of the tragedy.

The Anti-Terrorism Prosecutor’s Office (Pnat) is responsible for crimes against humanity and war crimes. Since the end of February 2022, at least seven investigations into war crimes against French citizens have been launched. Among them was Pierre Zakrevsky, the Franco-Irish Fox News cameraman who was killed on March 14 in Khorenka, northwest of the Ukrainian capital.
