A former employee filed a lawsuit against the former mayor of New York and a lawyer of Rudy Giuliani’s Donald Trump for sexual harassment and assault.

According to the lawsuit, Giuliani made inappropriate comments and coerced Noelle Dunphy into sexual acts throughout the time she worked for him, from January 2019 to January 2021.

‘Drank alcohol and Viagra – made me work naked’

The suit, filed in New York, does not allege rape, but describes one night Giuliani forced her to perform oral sex on him in his apartment on Manhattan’s Upper East Side.

The plaintiff claims she has kept audio documents proving her former boss harassed her and is seeking $10 million in back wages and damages.

According to her, Giuliani consumed excessive amounts of alcohol and Viagra.

She also complains that he asked her to give him oral sex “while he was on the phone, on speaker phone, with friends and known clients, including President Trump.”

Giuliani “often required Dunphy to work naked, wearing a bikini or shorts with an American flag on them, which he had bought for her.”

The lawsuit also alleges that Giuliani enlisted Dunphy’s help to “sell favors” from President Trump for $2 million each. Giuliani explained to her that he would then split the profits with the former president.

According to the New York Daily News, one of Giuliani’s lawyers emphasized that his client “categorically and completely denies the allegations contained in this lawsuit and intends to defend himself vigorously.”

“This is harassment and attempted blackmail,” the lawyer added.
