THE White House announced tonight another military aid package for Ukrainewhich includes anti-aircraft systems, ammunition and other defense equipment, worth a total of $300 million.

This is the 39th aid package approved by the US government, as White House spokesman John Kirby said. It includes Patriot batteries, Stinger anti-aircraft systems, tank ammunition and other equipment, according to the Pentagon.

In total, the US has given Ukraine more than $38.3 billion in military aid since Joe Biden took office, of which $37.6 billion was given after the Russian invasion began in February 2022.

Referring to the drone strike in Moscow earlier this week, Kirby said the Biden administration does not know who is responsible. The US does not have “specific information that tells us who is responsible” and does not intend to investigate the matter, the spokesman added.
