The four-day poll, which was completed on Monday, showed a marginal increase in Biden’s approval rating compared to last month, when 40% of respondents said they approved of his performance since taking office in January 2021. .
The dominant concern for respondents was the economy.
About 56 percent of those polled supported sending more U.S. weapons and financial aid to Ukraine for its war with Russia — about the same percentage as in February.
But support is not evenly split between the two political parties: About 73 percent of Democrats support sending more aid compared to 44 percent of Republicans.
