As we have entered the age of Aries, and said goodbye to the age of Pisces, we hold on to what the Sun in Pisces taught us. We hold it because the Zodiac is a wheel, always connected, and because while we move forward with the Sun in Aries, many of the planets that influence our daily lives still remain under the stars of Pisces and above us.

So it’s a good time to talk about water—the water signs—what they teach us and how they work with the other elements.

We’ll start with him Scorpio.

Because Scorpio thinks he has a lot to teach someone and yet has a very hard time doing just that. Like Aries, Scorpio is ruled by Mars, but unlike Aries, Scorpio likes to wait. Waiting and watching is of course part of Scorpio’s strategy.

Scorpio is a fixed sign even though those who belong to this sign can change. In fact, Scorpios crave change. The change, however, starts from within and works its way out, slowly and passionately.

The theme of change brings us to the next sign, the much-loved and often underrated Cancer.

Few signs can initiate and sustain change as effectively as a Cancer. Aries is inspired, lights a match and tends to burn out quickly, Libra negotiates.

Capricorn leads by example, takes the hard road to become more passable. But Cancer? Cancer reads your mind and sets the tone, takes charge and takes turns partnering until you’re convinced that to succeed means being on the same team, following his lead. In this way, Cancer is not like its ruler – the Moon – who attracts change and is reflected by it.

While Scorpio dwells in darkness and Cancer in light, Pisces moves in both.

THE Fish it is mutable and thus changes shape, learns through association, thrives in relation to others. Of course, many prefer solitude, but usually a Pisces rarely needs company to feel connected.

His ability to feel is so clear, so refined, that it gets him into trouble. Because their emotions are strong, because they don’t obey logic or rules, Pisces spends much of their life learning to separate their own emotions from those of others in order to act responsibly.

For this and many other reasons, the age of Pisces flows into Aries. The way we live our lives flowing into each other, depending on each other, exploring what love can do, before cashing our ticket out of the world — and of course taking our lonely walk.
