A 38-year-old British man is said to have died a horrific death in front of his family during a holiday in Bali, when his partner shot him during a video call with his family.
As reported by the Sun, Matt Harper, 38, and Amy Pakpahan, 40, have been in Bali for a vacation since July. The 40-year-old allegedly fatally stabbed her 38-year-old partner while he was making a video call with his ex-wife and her daughter who were in Britain.
The 40-year-old, according to the publication, even let him lie on the ground covered in blood – where after a few minutes he succumbed to his injuries – while at the same time videotaping with her mobile phone the moment he left his last breath.
According to the same information, the 40-year-old called the authorities a little later and claimed that her partner had committed suicide.
In fact, he showed the video to the police officers who arrived at the scene from the moment he was calming down.
She also allegedly testified that the 38-year-old had locked her out of the house, as he wanted to harm himself.
In the video she showed at the beginning, the 40-year-old is heard shouting: “I can not understand what has happened. I do not understand, I do not understand! “
