Tsavousoglou threatens war for response on the ground – What the Turkish Press writes |

by

Ankara is raising the tone again, with Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoλουlu stating that his country will respond “on the field” to anyone in need and that Turkey has “ruined” insidious plans in the Mediterranean.

“In the Mediterranean we work and strive for a lasting peace and we do not stop defending our rights. We ruined their insidious plans and we will continue to ruin them. If necessary, we do it at the consultation table, but if necessary, also in the field. “We are capable of everything,” said the Turkish Foreign Minister.

SKAI’s correspondent in Turkey, Manolis Kostidis, explained that as the Republic of Cyprus has announced the resumption of drilling at the end of November, strong mobility is expected from Ankara in the near future.

There is intense annoyance in Turkey for the systematic moves that bring Greece closer to France, Egypt, the USA and Israel, a fact that is also reflected in the Turkish press.

The newspaper karar writes on its front page: “Ankara evacuated and Athens filled”. It hosts statements by the last Turkish ambassador to Damascus, who states that Greece has managed to have very close relations with Israel, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Egypt, at a time when Turkey has effectively left these countries.

Hurriyet writes about the travels of Greek Foreign Minister Nikos Dendias and comments that Athens is trying to open up to Africa, where Turkey is located.
