The Italian press reports that according to the girl, on May 18 she met Leonardo La Russa, nineteen years old, in a club in Milan. They knew each other from school and had a drink together. The twenty-two-year-old complained that, “all she remembers afterwards is that she woke up at the young man’s house, the next day, naked and in a state of confusion.” “Leonardo told me that we went to his house in his car and that he had sex with me under the influence of drugs,” she added.

“I am certain that it was the house of the president of the senate because, at some point, Ignazio La Russa himself entered the room, saw that I was naked and left,” emphasized the girl, according to whom “Leonardo told her that during during the night she herself – without being aware of what was happening – also had sexual intercourse with a friend of his who, in the morning, was in an adjacent room of the house”.

Afterwards, she spoke with her mother and, as reported by the Ansa news agency, decided to go to the Mangiagali hospital in Milan for a medical examination. He is also said to have filed a lawsuit several days after the incident and the whole case is now being investigated by the prosecutor’s office of the Italian co-capital.

In his statement, the president of the Italian senate emphasized that he “considers that his son is not responsible for any criminal act” and that “the only thing he reprimanded him for strongly is that he brought home a girl with whom he does not have a stable bond ». At the same time, the president of the Italian senate and executive of the Adelfia party of Italy added that “many questions arise from what the girl told, who, as she admitted, had used cocaine before going to the club.” Finally, the young man’s defense attorney emphasized that “spending the evening together was a mutual choice.”
