Burger King is facing a class action lawsuit as well as angry customers accuse the famous fast food chain of cheating hungry customers by making the Whopper hamburger appear on its menu larger than it actually is.

Clients in class action they accused Burger King of portraying burgers with ingredients that “they spill over the bun”making them visible 35% larger and that they contain more than twice as much meat as the chain serves.

For its part, the company refutes these claims as “false”as he told the BBC.

Rivals McDonald’s and Wendy’s are facing a similar lawsuit in the US.

In the ruling, US District Judge Roy Altman said that it should be left to the jury to “they tell us what reasonable people think.” But he rejected claims that Burger King misled customers with its TV and online ads.

“The grilled beef patties featured in our ad are the same patties used in the millions of Whopper burgers we serve to guests across the country.”a Burger King spokesman said in a statement after the ruling.
