THE Hunter Biden sued on Tuesday Rudy Giuliani and Giuliani’s former lawyer, arguing that hacked and tampered with data on an external hard drive associated with his laptop.

THE Giulianiformer mayor of New York and later attorney for Donald Trump, and attorney Robert Costello, have often acknowledged that they had access to the hard drive data of the US president’s son.

Giuliani attempted to portray Hunter Biden as corrupt businessman, who profited from his father’s political power. He and Costello said that they were given the hard drive in 2020 by a computer repair shop owner in Delawarewho claims that Hunter Biden left the laptop the year before and never came back to retrieve it. In May, Hunter Biden also sued him computer repair shop owner, John Paul McIsaac.

The lawsuit against Giuliani and Costello also alleges that used Hunter Biden’s username to gain access to his datato make copies and hand them out to their allies like Steve Bannon.

The data resulted in a “steady flow” revelations about the often problematic Hunter Biden’s personal life as well as his professional life. Emails and images allegedly from Hunter Biden’s laptop data have fueled countless headlines in conservative media and Republican allegations of corruption.

However, the lawsuit states that some of the data ‘falsified, and ‘altered’.

Giuliani and Costello did not immediately respond to US media requests for comment.

Last Thursday Hunter Biden was indicted on three counts related to providing false information on an application to purchase a gun.
