“Did you sleep last week?” Israel writes to the model, through his official Instagram account
Israel responded to Gigi Hadid for the posts the model made in favor of the Palestinian people.
Over the weekend, Hadid, whose famous real estate developer father, Mohammed Hadid, is Palestinian, posted a graphic about the war that read: “There is nothing Jewish about the treatment of Palestinians by the Israeli government.”

“Condemning the Israeli government is not anti-Semitic, and supporting the Palestinians is not supporting Hamas.”
Israel’s government then posted a response on Instagram that read: “There is nothing brave about the slaughter of Israelis by Hamas. Condemning Hamas for what it is (ISIS) is not anti-Palestinian and supporting Israelis in their fight against barbaric terrorists is the right thing to do.”
The State of Israel account then hit back at Hadid, tagging her account and writing: “Did you sleep last week?”
“Or do you turn a blind eye to Jewish babies being slaughtered in their own homes? Your silence is very clear about your attitude. We see you.”
The Israeli government then released a picture of a blood-stained floor.
“If you don’t condemn this, your words mean NOTHING,” the account wrote, adding Hadid again.
