The website points out that in October the female relatives of the conscripts filed a request to hold their rally in public but the Moscow government refused to grant their request, citing health restrictions for the coronavirus.
In July “the Council of Mothers and Wives”, a movement organized by relatives of Russian soldiers, announced that it was ending its activities as it was characterized “foreign agent”. The head of the Council, Olga Tsukanova, nevertheless stated that she will continue her action. “We will defend justice, where we are” he stated.
