Delon vs Delon… “Civil war” has broken out in the family of Alain Delon, as the iconic actor of French cinema announced today Thursday that he has filed a lawsuit at the expense of his son, Anthony, after a shocking interview of the latter, who accused his half-sister Anouska of for “manipulating” their 88-year-old father, whose health has been declining in recent years.

Anthony Delon reported that he filed a complaint (a statement of facts to the police, without filing a lawsuit) against Anushka, alleging that she failed to inform him that their father, who suffered a stroke in the summer of 2019, failed five tests to assess her of his mental functioning between 2019-22.
In the afternoon, Alain Delon’s lawyer, Christophe Aiella, said in a statement that his client is “shocked by the media deluge orchestrated by his son” and that he plans to file a lawsuit claiming that Anthony’s statements harm him and his daughter. “What father would put up with that?” the star responded, according to the release. Alain Delon “does not tolerate the aggression of his son, Anthony, who does not stop saying that he is out of sleep” and “claims that he lived his last Christmas”, the lawyer added.
Anouska, daughter of the Dutch Rosalie van Bremen, in her own announcement, through the same lawyer, denounced her half-brother and announced that she would file a lawsuit against him for defamation, slander, threats and harassment.

Anthony Delon immediately responded with a post on Instagram: Anoushka, he says, visited their father today at his home in Duchy-Montcorbon “to throw Paris Match in his face and force him to sign this unacceptable statement.”
“I know my father signed this rubbish without realizing itno doubt without reading it, exhausted by all these controversies which are exhausting him,” he added.
According to Anthony, the prosecutor is considering placing Alain Delon under judicial protection, based on a medical diagnosis according to which his father he no longer possesses sound judgment.
The prosecutor, who was asked to comment on that allegation, had not responded by late afternoon.
