Lily-Rae, from Nottingham, was diagnosed with a rare genetic condition called Stargardt disease in December.

Her mother Emma set up a fundraising page to make her daughter’s ‘dreams’ come true and the famous actress stepped up to donate £5,000 leaving the following, personal message.
