Malmstrom Air Force Base in Montana is reporting an active shooter
Shootings in air base in Montana, United States were noted on Thursday, meaning alert to the American authorities.
The shooting reportedly took place at the Malmstrom unit, which has been placed on lockdown while the shooter(s) are searched for.
Malmstrom Air Force Base announced that it “went into lockdown as of 10:29 a.m.” of February 15 in response to a notice active shooter on base. The safety of our staff is of the highest priority and updates will continue to come through official channels.”
The Cascade County Sheriff’s Office says an investigation is ongoing.
At the same time, the Great Falls Police Department in its post writes that the incident is ongoing, noting that until this moment they do not have more information and not to call Immediate Action unless there is something urgent to report. “Members of the community may see a large police presence in the east end of the city.
