Wary of Navalny’s death the Russian opposition leader’s spokeswoman appeared, denying that his father announced that he had died.
“They are spreading information that Alexei Navalny’s father has reportedly confirmed his death. It’s not true. The relatives did not make such comments” she says characteristically in her post on X n Kira Jarmis.
“The Federal Penitentiary Service in the Yamalo-Nenets region broadcasts news of the death of Alexei Navalny in IK-3. We have no confirmation on this yet. Alexei’s lawyer is now flying to Harp. As soon as we have any information, we will report it,” he said earlier in another post.
