Democratic US Vice President Kamala Harris promised on Monday that she would put the strengthening of the middle class, the right to abortion and broader reproductive rights, as well as the issue of gun control, at the center of her election campaign.
“We will fight for (women’s) right to make decisions about their own bodies, knowing full well that if given the chance, (Republican presidential candidate Donald) Trump would push for a state-by-state abortion ban,” she said. Ms. Harris in her first campaign appearance.
She also promised to make strengthening the middle class a focus of her potential presidency, along with other party priorities, notably gun control.
He acknowledged that this campaign is like a roller-coaster, or a “terror train”, however he reaffirmed that he means to “defeat” Mr. Trump.

I love Joe Biden,” he said, the day after the president, 81, caused a political earthquake by announcing he was abandoning his re-election campaign. But “we will prevail,” Ms. Harris insisted, using harsh descriptions of the Republican former president and second-term candidate, whom she called a “predator” and a “crook.”
