“The war with the enemies must not be forgotten. That doesn’t necessarily mean you get a weapon,’ Iran’s religious leader said – Houthi congratulations to Hezbollah and Nasrallah
The battle with the oppressors is ongoing, he said after Hezbollah hit Israel Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei during a religious ceremony on Sunday.
“The struggle against the front of injustice and oppression cannot end,” he added.
Khamenei added that in the age of sword and blade, wars took a different form than they have in the age of artificial intelligence.
“This battle takes different shapes based on the conditions and requirements of time and place. War with enemies must not be forgotten. That doesn’t necessarily mean you get a gun. It means thinking right, speaking right, recognizing right and aiming right,” he said after leading the midday and afternoon prayers.
Houthi: Congratulations to Hezbollah
Yemen’s Shiite Houthi rebels congratulated Hezbollah and Nasrallah for its attack on Israel and renewed threats to respond to Israeli strikes on Hodeidah port last month.
“We congratulate Hezbollah and its secretary general for the great and brave attack launched by the resistance this morning against the Israeli enemy,” the Houthis said in a statement.
They added that a response to the July 20 Israeli strikes against the port of Hodeidah, which they control, will “definitely come”.
Hezbollah’s “response” confirms that the resistance is “strong” and able to “keep its commitments and threats”, the Houthis stressed.
Shiite rebels have warned they will launch attacks against Israel after the July 20 strikes, which were Israel’s response to a Houthi drone strike on Tel Aviv that left one dead.
“We reiterate that Yemen’s response will not be delayed,” they stressed.
