He adds that the city’s urban infrastructure is being hit hard by Russian forces.
Since yesterday, the Ukrainian authorities are trying to send humanitarian aid in Mariupol, home to 400,000 people, reports the Ukrainian news agency Ukrinform.
“At the moment we are trying to help Mariupol. “At the moment, 400,000 people are in a dangerous situation,” he said.
