The airports Moscow’s Domodedovo, Zhukovsky and Vnukovo airports are operating normally again after suspending flights today following Ukrainian drone attacks, Russia’s civil aviation agency Rosaviatsia announced via Telegram.

The Russian Defense Ministry announced that during the night the Russian anti-aircraft defense shot down a total of 144 Ukrainian drones, 20 of which were over the Moscow region.

According to the RIA Novosti news agency, due to this attack, problems were also created at the international airport of Kazan, west of Moscow.

“Seventy-two drones were intercepted over Bryansk Oblast (…) 14 over Kursk Oblast, 13 over Tula Oblast, eight over Belgorod Oblast, seven over Kaluga Oblast, five over Voronezh Oblast, four over Lipetsk Oblast and one over Orel Oblast,” the Defense Ministry said.

OR Russia is not going to hold any talks with Kiev until Ukrainian forces withdraw from Russian territory, Sergei Shoigu, the secretary of the Security Council of Russia, said today, as reported by the TASS news agency.

Meanwhile, a 46-year-old woman died from Ukrainian blow during the night in the Moscow region, announced the regional governor, clarifying that “the death of a child, which he had announced earlier, is not confirmed”.

“A 46-year-old woman was killed. It was reported earlier that a 9-year-old child was killed, but this information is not confirmed,” said the governor of the Moscow region, Andrei Vorobyov, who also spoke of one wounded civilian.
