An incident that occurred during his tenure as British Foreign Secretary during his meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is described by Boris Johnsonn in his autobiography entitled, “Unleashed”.
As the Telegraph reports, former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson said that after a meeting he had with Bibi, which is Netanyahu’s nickname, his security team discovered after an investigation that he conducted a… bed bug in the bathroom.
Specifically, during their meeting in 2017, Benjamin Netanyahu wanted to use the bathroom.
“There Bibi sat for a while, and it may or may not be a coincidence, but I was told that later, when they thoroughly investigated the bathroom, they found a bed bug,” Johnson writes.
When the Telegraph asked the former British prime minister if he could provide more information about the incident, Johnson replied: “I think everything you need to know about this episode is in the book.”
