Building in a district near the Iranian embassy in Damascus struck on Tuesday night by the IDF.

Syria’s state news agency SANA, citing a military source, reported that the attack killed seven civilians and wounded 11 others. Earlier, reports said the deputy commander of the Revolutionary Guards’ Quds Force was among the dead. The Israelis reportedly targeted the commander of Hezbollah’s Unit 4400 and Iranian officials.

For its part, the Iranian embassy in Lebanon denied that there were any Iranian citizens killed or injured in the Israeli strike in Damascus, claims however that have not been verified by independent sources.

Unit 4400 is tasked with delivering weapons from Iran and its proxies to Hezbollah in Lebanon.

Syrian media report that the Israeli strike in Damascus killed 7 civilians, including women and children, while 11 were injured.

A new warning to evacuate specific buildings in Beirut was announced on Tuesday night by the IDF spokesman in anticipation of an immediate attack by Israeli forces.

The Israeli military has issued a new evacuation warning for residents, especially those in specific buildings in the southern suburbs of Beirut, the IDF spokesman told X.

“You are close to Hezbollah facilities and interests and the IDF will act against them in the near future. For your safety and the safety of your family members, you must evacuate” warns the Israeli officer.

We have killed Hassan Nasrallah, his successor (Hashem Safyeddin) and his successors, Benjamin Netanyahu officially announced on Tuesday afternoon. In a video message, Netanyahu addresses the citizens of Lebanon, calling on them to abandon Hezbollah.

“We killed Nasrallah himself, Nasrallah’s successor and Nasrallah’s successor’s successor” said the Israeli prime minister.

“Hezbollah has not been this weak for many years,” he pointed out.
