Less than a month is left for the US presidential election, and in one of the most critical states, in Georgia, early voting begins today, Tuesday.

OR Kamala Harris and Donald Trump have already invested a lot during their election campaign in Georgia because it is considered one of the 7 most critical states which will likely determine who the next US president will be.

It is recalled that in the presidential elections in 2020, Georgia declared Joe Biden the winner with about 12,000 votes.

How votes are counted in Georgia

Although early voting begins today in the swing state, it could take a long time to find out whether citizens want Kamala Harris or Donald Trump to be the next US president.

Georgia Boards of Elections voted 4 years ago to count by hand, one ballot at a time, potentially creating further delays in a system that takes weeks to produce a final result.

At the time, state election officials opposed that mandate, warning it could create the risk of error or fraud.

Poll workers in the state’s 6,500 precincts will begin counting votes on election night Nov. 5.
