Evacuation warnings were issued to residents of two neighborhoods in the southern suburbs of Beirut early this morning by the Israeli army as it prepared to bomb two properties that house facilities of the Hezbollah movement, a day after the drone attack on the Israeli Prime Minister’s residence in Caesarea.

“You are a short distance from Hezbollah installations, against which the Israeli army will act very soon,” reads a statement.

A little while later, very early in the morning Israel struck southern suburb of Dahiyehas can be seen from the images circulated on social media and international agencies.

The specific properties that Israel would hit are located in Haret Hareik and Hadath neighborhoods.

The Lebanese news agency ANI reported that “enemy planes carried out two strikes in the morning on the southern suburbs of Beirut, one of which hit apartment building in Haret Hreikwhich is located near a mosque and a hospital”.

At the same time, Lebanon’s National News Agency reported on Sunday that Israeli forces they attempted an invasion of Zahajra in southern Lebanon while at the same time carrying out artillery bombardments on the outskirts of the city.
