Ukraine’s emergency services have announced that a high-rise building in Kharkov was bombed this morning, killing one person, injuring 11 others and trapping another in the rubble.
The bomber struck shortly after noon in front of a rally in Kramatorsk, killing at least two people and wounding six others.

Earlier, one person was killed and four others were injured when a rocket-propelled grenade fell on an apartment building in the northern part of the country. Kiev, as announced by the emergency response service.
The agency said in a statement that 12 people were rescued and 98 were removed from the five-storey building.
Debris has been scattered everywhere, windows have collapsed and cars have been damaged by the shockwave. Residential houses have suffered similar damage.
Two people who were rescued have been given blankets and first aid. It is not yet known if there are any injured or dead.
