Shock has caused a snapshot from a CCTV camera, in which two people appear to be looking for the pockets of a dying man lying on the sidewalk, in order to steal.
According to the NYP, a 38-year-old victim had received 3 bullets in the chest after a fight with a man in the Hunting Park district of the city on Wednesday night.
During the clash, a third man pulled a gun from his waist and shot the victim, Local Authority Inspector Scott Small told reporters.

The two men involved in the incident then fled in a dark Dodge Charger as the victim collapsed on the sidewalk.
Moments later, a man and a woman passing by appeared on CCTV cameras looking for the pockets of the severely injured victim, Small said.
The man is seen taking the gun from the victim’s hand.
“He then puts his hand in the victim’s pockets and appears to be picking up items,” Small said.
“It is very, very rude, very unusual for someone to steal a person who is lying on the sidewalk and is dying,” he commented.
