Russia said today that it has sent a list to the energy infrastructure that has been hit by Ukraine in recent days, despite the fragile “moratorium” in this kind of attacks, a few hours after a Russian bombardment in the peninsula was left without electricity.

Last week, the United States released two different announcements stating that a moratorium was agreed on the attacks with energy infrastructure targets in Ukraine and Russia. These agreements were not reasoned for an exact timetable, nor of conditions.

Moscow and Kyiv are accused of violating this agreement.

Today, the Russian Ministry of Defense once again argued that the Ukrainian forces were attacking an energy infrastructure in the Belgorod region.

“We sent a list of violations (…) to US President’s National Security Advisor Mike Walts. I sent this list to Foreign Minister Marco Rubio, “said Russian diplomat leader Sergei Lavrov after the Russian Security Council meeting was completed.

During the meeting, Defense Minister Andrei Belausov told President Vladimir Putin that the moratorium was not kept, Lavrov added.

Earlier, Ukraine Foreign Minister Adriy Simbicha said the Russian forces hit the Peninson in the morning, causing electricity to stop. About 45,000 people were left without electricity.

“Russia is still violating the agreement,” the minister said.
