“As with any alleged crime, a court with jurisdiction over the crime “He is ultimately responsible for determining criminal guilt in specific cases,” the US Secretary of State continued.

“The U.S. Government will continue to monitor war crimes reports and share the information we collect with allies, partners, and international institutions and organizations, as appropriate. We are committed to accountability using every tool available, including of criminal prosecutions “.

The President of the USA Joe Biden will officially announce new sanctions on Russian politicians and oligarchs at Thursday’s summit, said US National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan.

The US National Security Adviser also said Biden would discuss NATO strategy at its eastern tip and contingency plans for possible Russian use of chemical or nuclear weapons.
