Ukrainian forces hit a factory in the Bryansk area of Russia, destroying much of the facility, as the governor of the area said on Sunday.
In a statement to the Telegram, Alexander Bogkochaz, governor of the Bryansk region, bordering both Ukraine and Belarus in the west of Russia, said the production plant and the factory management buildings, which are located in the village of Souza.
The Telegram Mash channel, connected to Russian security services, said the plant produces electrical equipment, such as transformers. He also added that the blow was made with Grad rocket.
In a video posted by Mash, a large cloud of tobacco is formed above the factory.
Reuters was unable to verify the authenticity of the video.
Ukraine continues to hit Russian industrial installations that claims to produce equipment for Moscow’s war campaign in Ukraine since the launch of the full -scale invasion in February 2022.
