by

THE chief of one of the two self-proclaimed “democracies” of pro-Russian separatists of Eastern Ukraine announced today that it has arrived at Mariupola city that has been under siege for weeks by the Russian army, to oversee the distribution of humanitarian aid to the population, reports the French Agency.

A video released by his “Ministry of Information” Donetsk shows Dennis Pusilin visiting one “Humanitarian Aid Center” organized by the Russian army in a hangar. Dozens of people receive food.

The authenticity of this video can not be verified at this time, notes the French Agency.

The separatist media reported that Pushilin was accompanied by a high-ranking official of the Russian Parliament, Andrei Turchak, and by the Russian MP Dmitry Champlin.

“Dennis Pushilin and the Russian guests inspected the work of the humanitarian aid center for the people of Mariupol, which was organized by the political party United Russia”, that is, his party Vladimir Putin, the separatist website DNR reported. “People received bread, water and basic necessities, medical aid, a gas stove and generators to charge their phones,” he added.
