The President of Bolivia, the Luis Arcehe announced during a speech on Tuesday that he would not be a candidate for his re -election to the presidential election, which will be held in August in the Andean state.

The outgoing state leader, who belongs to the movement to socialism (Mas, left), explained that he did not want to help the voters to be divided and to win a right -wing candidate.

The Left in Bolivia has been broken by disputes in recent years, especially that of President Arce and the predecessor and mentor of Evo Morales to control MAS, the line that has dominated political affairs in recent decades.

Andronicus Rodriguez, president of the Senate and aspiring Delphi, Mr Morales, announced that he would be a candidate in the August elections.

Although Evos Morales is not allowed to apply for the Constitution, the first indigenous to be elected Bolivia’s president insists that he means to claim his return to the presidency.
